At TBD Warehouse, all items are either new or pre-loved, one-of-a-kind pieces that are carefully inspected and described before being listed. 

Please check all measurements provided before purchasing, especially PTP (Pit-to-Pit) measurements.

Customers returning items for sizing issues will be responsible for:

• Return postage costs

• Any payment processing fees associated with the original order

If you need any additional measurements before purchasing, just send us a message.

We have a 7 day Return process from the day you receive your item. All Customers will be issued with a Website voucher for the equivalent of the previous sale minus any deductions.

✅ Refunds Will Only Be Issued If:

• The item is significantly not as described

• You received the wrong item

• The item is damaged (if not already stated in the listing)

In these rare cases, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item. We’ll ask for clear photos and a brief description of the issue to resolve things quickly.
