TBD Warehouse sells pre-owned designer clothing and accessories. Every item is checked and verified for authenticity before sale. By ordering through our website, you confirm that you’re at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract.

Payments

We accept payments through our secure online checkout. You can pay in full or choose one of our approved payment options, such as instalment plans via Klarna.

All orders must be paid in full before shipment. If you’ve agreed to a deposit or instalment plan, your item will only be dispatched once the balance has been settled.

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to ship all orders as quickly as possible once payment has cleared. You’ll receive confirmation when your item has been dispatched.

Delivery times can vary depending on your location, but most UK orders arrive within 1–3 working days. International orders may take longer.

Customers are responsible for selecting their preferred shipping method at checkout. Please note that tracked 24 and tracked 48 services only provide coverage up to £75 in the event that an item is lost or damaged during transit. We strongly recommend that all customers choose special delivery to ensure full coverage and peace of mind.

We’re not responsible for delays once the parcel is with the courier, but we’ll always do what we can to help track it down if needed.
